Entities under FERC jurisdictions are getting hit hard by financial penalties for non-
compliance with NERC standards. This year alone, sixteen entities have been levied
financial penalties. Included are some of the big names like Southwest Power Pool
and Entergy Corporation. California ISO made the list in December 2012. $577
